Question: What are your payment options?

Answer: Currently we only accept payments through paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, you can still place an order. See below.

Question: I don't have a paypal account, how can I pay?

Answer: You can pay with your credit card using paypal website without signing up for an account. Once you get to the paypal website for payment, on the left side of the screen, there is small text which says Don't have a PayPal account? No problem, continue checkout. Click on the "continue checkout" link and it will direct to a page where you can use your visa, mastercard, discover or amex.

Question: I placed my order on Friday night, when will it be shipped?

Answer: If you have placed your order on Friday night after 3 pm GMT, then your order will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).

Question: I placed an order, but I didn't get any confirmation email?

Answer: If you have placed your order and have not received a confirmation email within half an hour, then your order has not been received by us. You will have to place the order again. Please make sure that you continue the order steps until the "THANK YOU" page and keep this page opened until you receive an email confirmation. If you still do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.
