Shipping
Regular Orders with Shipping Charges
Items will be shipped through Canada Post using regular air parcel or express air parcel.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours or sooner of receiving payment.
Depending on your location and type of shipping, it will take a certain number of business days for the shipment to arrive at your location.

If you do not receive the item within the given time frame, please allow an additional 4-5 business days for your order to arrive. After that, please contact us and we will track your shipment.
Orders with Free Shipping
Orders with free shipping will be shipped using Canada Post small air parcel or Canada Post ground expedited parcel. There will be no tracking available to you. The order will take approximately 8-20 business days to arrive within the US and 5-10 business days within Canada.

Returns
IMPORTANT: When returning goods, please mark them as $0 value.
If you fail to mark the package as $0 and we are charged any duties or taxes, these charged amounts will be reduced from the customer's refund amount
Returns for Regular Orders with Shipping Charges
We will accept returns for any reason for a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
1. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, no refund or exchange will be allowed.
2. Item must be returned in original unused condition and in original packaging.
3. Return shipping must be paid by customer.
4. Refund will be sent in the same manner as item was paid for.
5. You must contact us with the reference number before returning item.
6. For exchange, the balance and new shipping charges must be paid by customer before new item is to be shipped
Please note that there will be no return or exchange on all clearance and sale items.
Returns for Orders with Free Shipping
Please note that items that were received through free shipping can be returned to us. All of the above conditions apply. Additionally, for free shipping items, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund. This is so that we can keep our costs low and continue to provide free shipping to all of our customers.
